Each user on Poliwager Forums has a Member Rank. Some users, like Administrators and Moderators, have special Member Ranks, and every regular user has a Rank related to the Poliwag evolution line, showing how active they are on Poliwager Forums, based on post count. The Poliwag-themed Member Ranks were added on June 10, 2014[1], replacing the older Ranks and bringing the amount of posts required more in line with the activity on the site at the time.
Member Ranks
As members post on Poliwager Forums, their Member Rank increases, starting at Inactive (0 posts), then progressing to Newbie (1 post), then to Poliwag Baby (10 posts). Inactive has no Member Rank image, Newbie has an image of a Pokémon Egg, and every other Member Rank has an image of Poliwag.

Special Member Ranks
These Member Ranks are usually reserved for special members on the site, such as Moderators or Donors to the site. The Pokémon listed alongside each Member Rank is the image that is used for the Rank.
- Administrator (Poliwrath)
- Global Moderator (Politoed)
- Sectional Moderator (Poliwhirl)
- Donor (Meowth)
- Banned (Porygon)
