Clara (pronounced Clarr-Uh) is a genetically engineered Blaziken from the year 2867. She is IceFlame's signature go-to character.
Physical
Clara sports a tall, muscular build, standing at 6 feet in height, or approximately 1.82 meters. She wears a pair of baggy, purple shorts, a purple scarf, fingerless gloves, and a purple hat with a gem. Her lower legs are robotic prosthetics lost in some sort of battle, it seems. Or tragic skateboarding accident. Or when destroying a train. Who knows. She has light orange feathers, followed along with a lighter buttercup yellow over the chest, neck, around the eyes and for her "hair". The "hair" when out is split into two sides, one on the left, one on the right, as you'd expect from a regular Blaziken. However, Clara usually keeps it in a big, fluffy ponytail for fashion reasons? Her forearms are featherless and instead are covered with light-brown avian scales/scutes.
The genetic engineering has given her the slightly more muscular build, and instead of having 3 fingers where the "thumb" is near the middle of the hand, she has much more humanoid hands; having 4 fingers, where the thumb is on the side of the hand.
Abilities
Clara is very agile, capable of running very quick speeds and jumping impressively high. She specializes in melee attacks infused with Fire magic. Here are some moves she knows:
- Iron Kick (Think Iron head or tail, but she kicks you in the knees.)
- Blister Kick (Blaze kick, thanks to the fake limbs, fused with "Iron Kick" to make this. using this for *multiple times is like when Jax punches you a bunch of times; the metal gets hotter and can burn you. Youch!)
- Brave Bird
- Close Combat
- Fire Punch

Trivia
- The thumb and 4 fingers may or may not have been a personal choice to make drawing hand poses more easily...
- Her clothes are made out of a fireproof fabric. Stop worrying.
- IceFlame has had this character since 6th grade. She started out as a cutesy PMD Torchic OC, and eventually moved to being the quite cheesy cyborg Blaziken that we see today.
Clara went through a ton of design changes. As mentioned, she started out as a Torchic with a lipstick-pink scarf, then to a Combusken with one of those British flat caps, then onto a Blaziken with the same clothes. At points, she's been given Digitigrade legs because it was more fun to draw, but it was soon learned that this was also harder to draw animations with. The pink was replaced with a blue color for a short time, until quickly being changed to a purplish color, and the hat was changed to the one we're familiar with, plus I've given her pants to look more fashionable, as well. The prosthetics were one of the more recent additions thanks to sprite animations (again), and even then, I've changed up how they were drawn out quite a few times.
