There are a variety of Items to obtain in Poliwager Adoptables. They come in a few different categories, each of which do different things.
Camping Ingredients
Camping Ingredients are needed to send one of your Pokémon to a Pokémon Camp. They can be bought from the Poké Mart and come in 4 levels of quality, with the most expensive costing $2,200 and the least expensive costing $150. The least expensive Camping Ingredients can also be won by completing a Bronze Daily Challenge.
Evolution Items
Evolution items evolve different Pokémon.
Evolution Items
Evolution Items are items that evolve only one or a small number of species of Pokémon. They can be bought in the Poké Mart and won as a reward for completing a Silver Daily Challenge. The Strange Souvenir, used to evolve Pokémon into their Alolan Forms, such as Pikachu into Alolan Raichu, can be won as a reward from Gold Daily Challenges.
Evolution Stones
Evolution Stones are items that evolve a wider number of Pokémon. They can also be bought in the Poké Mart and can be won as a reward from Silver Daily Challenges.
Mega Stones
Mega Stones only evolve Level 100 Pokémon of their target species to their Mega evolution. For example, a Heracronite Mega Stone can only be used on a Level 100 Heracross. They can be won from the Bug Catching Contest and Gold Daily Challenges. They can also be obtained from a strange person called the Stone Man, but he appears very rarely on the site so keep an eye out for him.
Room Decorations
Room Decorations are items that can be displayed in your Room. They can be bought from the Poké Mart with money or from Mt. Chimney with soot, and can be won for completing Achievements.
- Wall Decorations go on the wall of your Room (2 small and 1 large.)
- Small and large Dolls can be placed around your Room (2 small and 1 large.) They also show up when Image Code 3 is used to display a Pokémon on another site.
- Floor Decorations cover most of the floor in your room. (1 flooring type per room.) Round-type Rugs also show up when Image Code 3 is used to display a Pokémon on another site.
- Beds, Plants, Game Systems and Televisions fit in other places around the room. You can have 1 of each displayed at a time.
Key Items
Key Items unlock new features in the site. Only one of each can be bought, and once purchased they cannot be sold.
Summoning Items
Summoning Items can be used to summon Pokémon with the Legendary or Ultra Beast rarity. They can be sold for $25,000 each at the Poké Mart.
Valuable Items
Valuable Items serve no purpose other than to be sold and collected. They can be found all over the site for doing all kinds of things.
In order to earn all achievements, 100 units of each of the following Valuable Items need to be collected:
- Blue, Green, Yellow, and Red Shards
- Honey
- Mystic Water
- Soft Sand
- Sweet Heart
- Tiny Mushroom
- Big Mushroom
- Stardust
In order to purchase the Blue Orb to summon a Kyogre egg, you will also need to collect 100 regular-sized Pearls. Other Valuable Items can be sold without having to worry about achievements or Pokédex completion.
Mystery Items
Mystery Items can be found by completing a Gold Daily Challenge and by playing the Legendary Number Game.
Mystery Items include Mystery Boxes and Mystery Keys. There are six colors of Mystery Boxes: Black & Gold, Blue & Gold, Blue & Silver, Green & Gold, Red & Gold, and Red & Silver. Mystery Keys come in the 4 matching colors Black, Blue, Green and Red. A Mystery Box needs a key matching its color in order to open.
Other "items"
Some other things that could also be considered items are Berries and Zygarde Cubes. However, these do not show up in the Items inventory.
