Arctic "Kachow Master" Glaceon is one of the high guardians of Poliwagerlandia. Well, not really a mod, but they're still cool. Continuing on, they went to Kachow University and graduated with a degree in the Kachow Kode, and went on an epic journey to become even more in tune with the Kachow power and search for a calling. That's when they found Poliwagerlandia, a beautiful land filled with Poliwags, an Emolga, and some other cool people. | |||
