  Zinniaroth X posing very menacingly, almost like a 33-year-old Department Store worker who only wishes to live a very quiet life...

Zinniaroth X is the pure incarnation of all of evil itself. She has no rules, no boundaries, she doesn't even ,flinch at torture, human trafficking or genocide. She's not loyal to a flag or a country. She gave up her humanity to quench her hatred and greed for power. She cannot be reasoned with and only a fool would attempt to do so. She is so powerful that even Arceus himself is concerned...

Backstory

Zinnia, although questionable, used to be reasonable-ish. Again, sketchy but not the menace she is now. There was a huge deal about getting Rayquaza and saving the world or something but that's too long. If you're really interested, you could check everything out on her Bulbapedia page or play Omega Ruby Alpha Saphire if you've got a 3ds. Or I bet they probably have something in the anime or in a manga or something idk. To be frank, I just skimmed though it quickly but whatever. Anyways...

Zinnia was walking on a beach somewhere in the Hoenn Region at 2:53 AM, rambling on about how annoying May and Brendan were, despite them working together at points (okay, she may or may not have drunk too much Bluk Berry wine), so things like how kids screamed too much, how Brendan's Sceptile was too green, how stupid and unfashionable their clothing were (they don't have a cool cape!), how they meddled with everything and so on. Then she heard an echoey, masculine voice in her head talking about how he hated kids, too. This time it was about some emo kid from some strange region she never even heard of. Maybe they'd have some cool, rare dragon Pokémon there for all she knew.

She began digging in the sand as the voice requested and found some funny-looking blue and white artifact that somewhat resembled a face? But before letting the voice continue on with what it wanted to say, Zinnia acted purely on impulse and ran around the entire region, looking for stores that'd take the object. Stores would buy anything; homemade cookies, dinosaur bones, bags of sand, yet none of the store clerks would take the stupid artifact that should sell for millions!

"I dunno about this, it feels cursed!" one would say.

"Gah, it looks creepy! I'm not taking that!" another would say.

"Lady, I own a bike store not a toy store! Get lost!"

"No solicitors!"

"Bock, bock, bock, baglock!"

"Sorry, I'm afraid you'll have to take this back. It's been giving the Pokémon at the daycare nightmares and making them angry! I don't know what you put in this but if you don't take it back, I might have to call the police!"

"I'll only buy it if you do my homework!"

All out of luck, Zinnia threw it back out onto the sand and completely forgot about. But the artifact would always come back in strange ways. She'd find it in her purse, it'd be in her mailbox, in her cabinets, and nothing could get rid of it. Perhaps it was cursed like everyone said, and not even May or Brendan, as stupid as they were, would take it. No scientist or psychic or ghost-fanatic wanted to take it either. Zinnia just eventually kept it in a junk box where she kept other things she wanted but didn't want to actually use.

As time went on, she found herself having more nightmares and becoming more irritable at everything. And that irritability became disdain, and disdain became anger, and anger became hatred. She became neglectful of her Pokémon and found herself doing things like throwing toilet paper on people's houses and stealing candy from little kids, and such things would give her enjoyment. However, she would soon find simple misdemeanors boring, and would eventually move onto much larger things...

Enter in the power ranger stage. Any morals or reasoning was lost, and the old sense of fashion was lost with it. No more capes and sandals, only that ridiculous outfit. Of course, it looked dumb and she'd easily get sweaty in it, but it also came with a futuristic plasma arm gun, and the material it was made out of was so tough that it could break all four of Machamp's hands. Wearing it also seemed to give Zinnia more strength and agility, being able to climb up walls like a Gecko and being able to run faster for longer periods of time and jump higher. She had to stay away from water, though, as she'd sink to the bottom very quickly. That was alright, swimming was never her forte, anyways.

At the beginning of this stage, she began robbing banks and throwing all the money into the ocean and beating up the Pokémon at the cave in Victory Road with her bare hands because it's, on quote, "fun". One of her acts, destroying all the toilets in Devon Corporation and trashing millions in technology, was recorded on the News for the entire nation to see. The general public, like any sane person would be, was very shocked and the Champion even began issuing public warnings and offering a P300,000-700,000 reward for any information on the person and a P1,500,000 reward for her ultimate capture, attracting trainers, gym leaders, Kung Fu guys, wrestlers, hitmen, ninjas, bounty hunters, other Champions from all over the world and even the Justice Trio themselves for this great prize.

Zinnia X, as she called herself then, quickly went into hiding after all of the attention. She was tough, but not tough enough to deal with all of them, so while everyone else was forgetting about her, she was accumulating more to destroy everyone. No one knows what she's entirely up to know, though. Who knows, maybe she'll wage war on the Poliwags or something, idk.

Name Origins

It's really easy.

Zinnia from...well...Zinnia. I don't know how that'd pass over your head.

Roth from Sepiroth. I forgot to mention it but somewhere in her back story she slays Sepiroth and steals his power or something like Shang Tsung. And yes she does say, "YOUR SOUL IS MINE!!!!!"

X from....that's...explanatory. It's from the suit and artifact. If I talked about it I'd have to go into a bunch of backstory stuff and I really don't feel like doing so. In short it's a ZX reference (or is the full name a reference because when shortened it makes ZX???? 🤔). Again, way too much to explain and it gets too confusing. Besides from official material, I bet a 2008 Newgrounds Sonic Fanfiction RPG could explain it better and fancier than I could lol.
