== Effect ==
A single Bonus-type will be chosen for a particular Community Weekend. This bonus type can be any type, though usually they are rotated so that no particular type of Pokémon is over-represented. The type is displayed at the top of [[Poliwager Adoptables]] pages under the Newest Updates section.

During the Weekend, more eggs of the Bonus-type will appear on the Adopt page, and Bonus-type eggs have a higher chance of hatching shiny. There is also a 2x multiplier applied to the whole site, along with an extra EXP bonus<sup>[How big?]</sup> for Bonus-type Pokémon and [[eggs]].

After the Weekend is over, Pokémon that received 15, 30, or 50 interactions will receive bronze, silver, and gold [[Medals]] respectively. There are similar Medals for Pokémon that received 15, 30, and 50 views.
